SCOPE OF WORK
Clean Up & Debris Removal: full clean up of the 880 sq ft crawlspace — remove debris, trash and abandoned material; haul-off and disposal included.

Notes:
**Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
**Wood framing was observed in fairly good shape and no water was detected at the time of the inspection. A dehumidifier and a mold and fungus treatment were recommended as future items and are not part of this estimate.
